Application overview
Phuk Rent MCC 102887 is an internal, operator-managed tool. It connects to the Google Ads API only for advertising accounts whose owners have granted the operator access through Google's own permission flows. The advertising workflow targets residential property rentals on Phuket — apartments and villas for long-term or seasonal rental — and excludes property sales and investment offers.
This is not a public self-service product: this website has no public login, sign-up or account creation. All advertising actions are performed by the operator within the permissions granted in Google Ads.
What the tool does
- Reads account status and hierarchy information to confirm that access is authorized and an advertising account is eligible for management.
- Manages Search campaigns for Phuket rental offers on authorized accounts: campaign settings, ad groups, ads and keyword lists, including negative keywords that exclude purchase, investment and other non-rental traffic.
- Creates permanent invitation links to a private Telegram rental catalog and uses exactly one saved link per advertising account as the campaign destination.
- Keeps operational records and selected historical performance data for reconciliation, duplicate prevention and reporting.
Technical overview
- Authorization. The operator connects through Google OAuth with Google's native permission screens. Access is granted or revoked in the Google account or Google Ads interface; an account number alone never grants permission.
- Safe change workflow. The new-campaign workflow checks the proposed configuration in validate-only mode, creates the campaign in a paused state, reads it back from the Google Ads API and verifies it field by field; only the verified campaign is then enabled.
- Idempotent operations. Saved link and campaign markers prevent duplicates when an API response is uncertain.
- Local restricted storage. Credentials are kept in access-restricted files on the operator's managed computer. Operational state and account/performance history are stored in local SQLite databases and remain retained for audit even after an advertising account is unlinked.
- Access path. Google Ads API traffic is routed through a dedicated proxy connection that is health-checked before important operations.
- Automation and notifications. Operator automation (OpenClaw) runs scheduled eligibility checks and reports operational events to the operator via Telegram.
This application is independently operated and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google.
Access and control
Advertisers stay in control: access can be revoked at any time using Google Ads or Google account settings, and revocation stops further management through this application. Retained operational history is described in the privacy policy.
